I was pleased to see the Trekker microscope in 'No More Socks'. I bought one of these little microscopes for my daughter and was so impressed with it that I now have my own which I use regularly in my field work as an entomologist. It's a wonderful instrument and great value for money. My daughter loves it too.

FUN and EDUCATIONAL! I bought a Trekker for my son's 8th Birthday and we were amazed. He said a while back that he wanted to be "a scientist or a vet" (as he put it) and the Trekker will certainly encourage him. If truth be told I have used it as much as him. Absolutely everything around you like zip fasteners, rings, apple stalks, newspaper type, fingerprints, insects (I could go on for ever) takes on a whole new 'meaning'. The ability to view and manipulate solid objects is brilliant and absolutely fascinating. It’s FUN and EDUCATIONAL! Mark Elliot
